This workshop explored the possibilities of creating a film without a camera, using various experimental animation techniques on 16mm film. Participants were guided through creating their own experimental animation on 16mm film strips, using various tools and techniques such as drawing, painting or scratching. The workshop concluded with a live 16mm film projection of the animated strips, assembled into a collective film.
